Napolean was one of the best leaders
for his country, because he built schools for better education.
Also Napolean was a great military leader, he took over much of the land mass, and beat a big rival Russia in a battle. I think he created the best humane code which is the Napolionic Code, which made everything more equal from the Clergy to the peasants of the 3rd Estate. Also he protected Women and Children rights by giving them to the man in the family. Another trait he had was he never gave up, like when they sent him to Elba, he formed his army and marched his troops to Paris, France. So this is why I think Napolean was the best leader ever.
